prev|up|next on the index pages

Hmm, since I actually *use* the new site in my work with mod_perl 2.0, I 
miss the prev|up|next widget on the index pages. (mostly the 'up' link, 
since I'm starting to get used to it and love it, since you never 
remember where the Back button takes you too. Up is clearly taking you 
up! It's great!

So what do you think if we add it on the index pages as well. We already 
(will) have the PDF/search items there too, so it's consistent.
