please correct me if wrong, but as far as i can see with
regard to source html files there are _currently_ nowhere we
have a problem because there is no place where we have a
nested h* section and nowhere we have a toc-section. so for
me to see we currently only build toc and possibly nested h*
sections from pod.
ok, let's try it if we don't like the outcome we can remove this feature.
