Hmm.. it could fit into the Articles section, as a link. It doesn't supply *that* much info specific to mod_perl, so it can't really be in the "OS" section. I'm not so sure, even though we clearly need to link it somewhere.
I meant to link to this article instead of putting it into the docs. Articles are probably better to go to take23.org. Matt is slowly reviving it.
