As we agreed on, I have added some things to the Contribute section.

There might be too many items for the Documentation part. But I wanted to make the Templates visible enough. I could however just link to those from the Style files. Furthermore, maybe the style files could be merged into one?
Another things is that I moved the CVS Howto to the contribute section. But I'm not entirely sure about this, as it contains information for people wanting to download *and* for people wanting to contribute. My rationale was that if someone followed CVS, it would be more on a development perspective (patches) than an install issue, so it'd belong here.
