That's by design, this is not an implementation bug.
But still, doesn't feel right. The last item in the following group is pushed back into the 2.0 group...
The implementation expects that either everything is grouped or not. It's ok to misbehave if the input doesn't fit into expectation. Or should we croak if this happens?
But ok, I'll create a new group called "Introduction" or something.
