BTW, do we need the search/manual-index.cgi script anymore? a grep through the
tree showed no links and I can't recall seeing it somewhere used. ahh, and a
call on http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/search/manual-index.cgi gives a 500
response.
If nobody objects I will delete it the next days.
