[untimely spring-cleaning!] remove 2.0&2.1/misc/?..?.html

Hi all!
I would like to propose that we finally bust the following files:
misc/custom_errordocs.html
misc/descriptors.html
misc/fin_wait_2.html
misc/known_client_problems.html
misc/tutorials.html
They are really out-of-date and if nobody raises a hand and updates 
them, I see no sense keeping them around in the 2.0 and 2.1 trees. If 
there will be any need in the future, we will have them around in 
several places; thanks SCM :-)

Okay, if there are no objections I will delete them at the weekend. of 
course I'll also remove all the links where applicable :)
