My change creates a table of the standard authentication providers in 
mod_auth_basic, and in mod_authn_file rewords the introduction to state 
that the module is an authentication provider (the current introduction 
doesn't really make sense).  I envisage making similar changes to 
mod_auth_digest and to all the other authentication provider modules for 
consistency and clarity.
