Proxying to a https server with certificate CN different from actual domain
will in 2.4 return "500: Proxy Error (Error during SSL handshake with remote
server)" to client.
Required config change:
SSLProxyCheckPeerCN off
I think it should be a note in the upgrade doc, as 2.2 didn't react to this.
