bug51968 added some documentation that mentions the END flag which does not
exist until 2.3.9, this was also pushed back to 2.2.
Patch to remove the confusing data from the 2.2.x branch is attached.
I do not read French much, the fixes in the .fr files are by pattern match with
the English version and checking with Google Translate.
