A user reported that some of the auth examples in the upgrading doc need to be
corrected:
- 'AuthBasicProvider File' should be 'AuthBasicProvider file'
- 'AuthType Basic' is missing
- 'Deny from all' looks like it should be 'Allow from all' in 2.2 example
to disable host-based access control for it to be correct.
