I've never ran or looked at the script itself, but I have a copy of
translation-status.sh and translation-status-cron.sh written by Takashi
Sato.
I downloaded them before people.a.o went off-line a few years ago.
I can share the files somewhere (in dev-tools or build_doc repo for
example) or just send them to the ML.
