I'm closing this WONTFIX, not because what is listed here is unfixable, or that I refuse to fix them, but because this ticket is no longer about any one issue. I count at least 8 different things, some of which have been addressed, and some of which I believe have been fixed and apparently you believe have not. But it's no longer possible to figure out what it's actually about. *PLEASE* open individual tickets about individual topics. If there are issues in this ticket that you believe are not yet addressed, open a ticket for each.
