Team projects were redesigned. Synchronisation is no more restricted to one repository location. This allows, for instance, to create multilingual team projects without duplicating the source documents, or to get files to translate directly online, not only from Subversion and Git, but also from HTTP(S). OmegaT can also (if given sufficient permissions) write files directly online. Complex mappings can be written. OmegaT now manages itself permissions for the various repositories. The new local format of team projects is completely changed. A wizard can do the conversion of existing local projects, and it is possible to have both 3.6 and 4.0 client working on the same online 3.6-based team project. A tool to create team projects is now provided. However, we really recommend caution before migrating team projects for production purposes. Some team project scripts are no longer supported. LanguageTool was updated to 3.3. Getting dictionary entries was improved. Panes have now action menus, and there is a new Segment Properties pane (use Restore Main Window to make it appear if necessary). There is now a notification system, to alert the user when a given pane has content (e.g., Comment). OmegaT implements the new MED package format specified by Directorate-General for Translation of the European Commission ( http://dragoman.org/med/). OmegaT now has a visual aligner. It aligns files in all formats recognized by OmegaT, thus allowing keeping formatting. After a first automatic step (parameters can be fine-tuned) , it is possible to adjust the alignment with split, merge and edit. Lucene tokenizers were updated to 5.2.1, with a new Polish tokenizer. The Scripting editor was enhanced, notably with syntax colouring, search and replace. It is now possible to have different script sets attached to buttons. It is now possible to cancel some scripts when they are running. Glossary entries are now showed as tooltips. Spelling dictionaries are now distributed and installed automatically for a number of languages. The auto-completer now includes history prediction and completion, which means auto-completion is now available even without glossary entries or user-entered abbreviations. It is possible to disable individually auto-completer views. It is now possible to translate Word document properties. The Interlingua localisation was updated.
