#1625: Sluggabe build uniqueSlug fails when softdelete is enabled

if SoftDelete & Sluggable are enabled on the same Table and a deleted
entry with the slug "test" exists in the db
Sluggable fails to generate the right slug if i try to insert a new entry
with slug "test"
this is because the SoftDelete is applied to the Query that leads to the
$similarSlugResult array()
softdelete should be disabled for this query
