If I had been sure that the problem is a bug, and not caused by something you did, I might have changed it to an appropriate package. But your description does not give any evidence for this being a bug. That's why I suggested that you seek support at first hand to figure out the nature of the problem - and solve it for you. Then, if there proves to be some kind of reproducible bug, which needs developer involvement, you are encouraged to file a bug report.
