Public bug reported:

Sunday, July 15, 2018. Youtube-Google-No-HTML5-Audio
Google is apparently Disabling All Audio on HTML5 Youtube Videos. I have
repeatedly checked Audio Settings in System Settings, nothing is muted, and
audio test of left and right stereo channel audio performs without issue. And I
also checked alsamixer settings. I can go to another ‘Live Cam’ web site which
has a live audio microphone, and it’s audio works. - How can We fix this, so
that Google-Youtube is not constantly cutting off the audio?

** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
