Public bug reported:

Enable zoom = alt + super + 8 - zoom in with alt + super + = / - In left upper
corner there will be shown some half text. Im pretty sure it should not since
its above the screen.. The zoom feature is very unstable and i have tried to
install compizconfig-settings-manager, but the keyboard strokes i made didnt
work.. This is very hard on my eyes to work with (Writing this form a Ubuntu
16.04 where all works like a charm).
It sould also be nice with an invert colors feature in settings -> Universal
Accessibility icon. Also please add keyboard shortcuts to the other options in
Universal Accessibility to make it easier for visually impared users. I also
enabled high contrast, but didnt make the screen much clearer.. I also thing
the colors of text in general of Ubuntu is very poor for visually impared
people.. Is Ubuntu not for all humans? Or are visually impared users being
forgotten? THis is based on Ubuntu 18.04.1 AMD64 - I hope someone in here would
have interest in looking into these bugs since they keep me on Ubuntu 16.04

** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
