The wiki help is currently not open for edition but it's not a problem to have it in your language. We still manage the help content through the l10n process. You can ask Kendy, on the l10n list to upload help files in your language to the wiki. Note that this is still a staging step for the moment, so if you find any issue of the handling of your language files in the wiki, Kendy will be very happy to have your feedback.
