I think we need some sort of "task list" (on the wiki?) to indicate what's been done, what stage each doc has reached, what needs doing, etc. Something vaguely like http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Documentation/Dashboard/User_Guidesbut organised better. We had a variation on something like that on the wiki, but it was removed when the work moved to Alfresco.
