Florian, that thread does not appear to have any advice on how screencasts can be produced properly. It does include your reference to an online service that you use. This is useful info, but I (and probably others) prefer to use software installed on our own computers. In my case it's because I have an expensive and unreliable Internet service. Would be good if we (and the Marketing folks) could put together some more info, or point people to where to learn.
