Hi Jorge

The quick start option allows to load LibreOffice DLL's (= libraries) at
computer initialization time (boot). It may take a bit more time to
initialize the computer but when you open LibreOffice it should be
faster, because the libraries are already loaded in memory.

However, with modern computers full of memory and fast processors, this
option is almost useless.
