I have finished my review of Appendix A. Mostly formatting and style fixes. Changed a reference from a German wikipedia page to the corresponding info in English A few comments & questions are in the file, in Feedback. Updated status spreadsheet.
I have taken Chapter 10, Maintenance, for second review. Should be done by 29 March if not sooner (it's short).
