I worked through that section when I reviewed it and missed that. The option in point 4 is wrong, use: 3) Right-click anywhere in the Tables pane, and select Paste. The Copy table dialog opens. 4) Change the Table name to CD-Jazz, check Options As table view is selected then click Next. 5) Click the >| button to move all the fields from the left box to the right box and click Next.
