You need to mark the facets somehow (assign numbers) and then you can associate a condition with each number. Here's a demo: demo/pde/bcs/python/demo.py Is that what you have in mind? Boundary indicators can be assigned using MeshBuilder: http://www.fenics.org/dev/meshbuilder -- Anders
