Just a quick comment about the new LinearOperator class. There will be further changes to the interface which are not present in the version I merged in yesterday. A newer version (somewhat more flexible) is in the dolfin-spacetime branch. There are other more experimental changes in that branch so I don't want to merge it in right now, but I might extract some of the more stable parts for merge next week.
