I moved the discussion onto the dev mailing-list, because the mailing
list of the foundation is dedicated to discussion about the foundation
itself.
The core directory has been added to contains all source code that are
common to all features (lib, system code, etc..)
However lang files are not source code. It can be moved but every change
on architecture is important job (most of all on all packaging tools we
must rebuild) and i prefer we work on missing features found onto bug or
task tracker.
