Why not, but we change status only if the user has enabled the tracker
into the email.

I still have questions to users about prospect contact status
regarding mail send by mass eMailing.
I suggest to update this prospect contact status with this rule
(only for 3.2)
when the mail is send -> the prospect contact status will be
'Contact in progress'
when the mail is read -> the prospect contact status will be
'Contact done'
(already available) when the user unsubcribe -> the prospect
contact status will be 'Do not contact'.

I renamed the thread because question has nothing to deal with emailing.
So the question for users is :
What do you think of merging tab customer and prospect into one tab ?
Does someone whant to keep the two features isolated ?
