Good start is to create a page onto wiki like it is done for other
external modules:
http://asso.dolibarr.org/index.php/Category:Complementary_modules

You need an account on the wiki. Your page can looks like this one:
http://asso.dolibarr.org/index.php/Module_OVH_(SMS,_ClickToDial,_...)
<http://asso.dolibarr.org/index.php/Module_OVH_%28SMS,_ClickToDial,_...%29>

If you don't wiki account, send a mail at [email protected] to get one.
