-1 We did this 8 years ago, and after that, bug trackers were polluated by 95% of bad reports. end users were using it to make reports each time they have a functionnal question. The bug trackers became a spam box used by users that even don't know what is the definition of a "bug". That's why we make it back to a hidden link. Such an option should be visible only to experienced or technical users. May be the rate will be lower, but currently we are still missing bug fixers, so increasing load to the few people that fix bug is not a good idea for the moment.
