Thanks Laurent, For accountancy, work on VAT function is for me a new function and concern the VAT module. (Sorry Olivier :p) Try to propose a develop version for the new VAT module but for the accountancy module, we need a lot of tests from all the people available. A Experimental version for 4.0 may be a good point for sure.
