Dear Hubert,

Unfortunately, reviewing github commits, besides of being a pain, alllows you only to know (guess ?) what it's done, once it's done.

As a user, integrator, and developer, I would prefer to be notified of new projects _before_ they are coded, to understand and participate in the reflexion based of user needs and software strategy.

Best regards
Christophe

Very good news for 4.0. and accountancy. VAT module, when you think, someone without accounting will not have VAT to manage. OK, I Exit.

Good example of core-integrated and "paid" module : Time to make Dolibarr a crowd-funded project... not another one-shot module market place... there are so many already on the market. I prefer to be a brick of the building, instead of being another visitor/customer. Crowd-funding has this mentality and is really engaging funders.

Hey Christophe you need to read the commits on github sometimes ;) ( i know it's taking hell of a time...) I think Eldy is taking good care of website module ;) Unfortunately he's alone, i will try to test it as a non-dev...

Time to freeze the development branch for Dolibarr 4.0 has come.
I will probably make the freeze between this week-end end and next
    one,
meaning we are very soon entered the beta period of 4.0.
As usual, "started development" are allowed to be continued, even
    on not
stable modules, until finished (this include work on accountancy,
multicurrency or website module) but new features will often be
    suspended
until the branch for 4.0 is created.
Also, architecture, reenginering, or best practice code
    enhancements will
    be discarded during this period.

Css change may also be made to enhance a little bit the responsive
behaviour and of course fixes are very welcome.

    Laurent.
