Hi,
CONTACTCIVNAME is no longer present, but it has been replaced by
"__CONTACT_NAME_{TYPE}__", where you can replace TYPE by the contact type
code (BILLING, SHIPPING, CUSTOMER, ... see contact type dictionnary).
