Hi guys,
I've noticed that Namespace.equals() only returns true if the namespace and
the prefix are the same - surely this is a bug? Namespaces are the same
irrespective of what prefix the user chooses to use, and could even choose
to use two different prefixes in the same XML stream for the same namespace.
