Title: Message
This looks like a Xerces issue. Though it would look like your XSL document contains some XML Schema declarations. Maybe Xerces is trying to validate the XSL against the schema declaration your XSL is meant to output?
 
Do you really need to validate your XSL file? I don't think I've ever seen an XSL document contain a DTD or schema to validate it before.

We're trying to load an XSL file into a dom4j Document with validation set to true.  We're getting the error below.  Can anyone tell me why or where to look?  (We really don't understand the error message.)  We're using Xerces 1.4.4, Xalan 2.2.0, dom4j 1.1....
