I can't say that I even understand the question, really, but..
Each Element has an ordered list of children, which may be other
Elements, or Text or whatnot.
There is no flyweight pattern between Elements, even if they are identical.
If <foo> has three <bar> children, then the Element of foo has three Element
children named bar.
