I'd like to ask all our customers: what would you like to get out of a 
bug-reporting system like the one suggested?

     - An automated means or form-driven means of reporting
       a bug or feature request?

     - A way of finding out what happened to the bug or
       feature request?

     - A way of looking up solutions to problems that have
       fixes or workarounds, in the same vein as
       Microsoft's Knowledge Base?

     - Something else?

Let me know. I'm always looking for ways to tighten the communication 
loops between Tucows and people who develop on our platform.
