Our Apache2/PHP5 has been running for most of a year now with around 40 sites
hosted on it, so I'm positive a Windows/Apache setup can run PHP ;) It's not as
reliable under load as Apache2/PHP5 under *NIX, though.

Anyhow, this is probably simply a configuration difference between the two web
servers, but I haven't been able to track it down (compiled PHP, oy). I can 
email
any info you might need if you want to look into it.
