Is there any unscheduled maintenance one the horizon system?
I am getting odd messages back from the API while doing a domain lookup
and http://status.tucows.com/?env=horizon has no mention of any
problems.
There is no matching response code in the OpenSRS API docs either...
There is a 435 and 437 but no 436.
