I don't disagree that this should be available for you (though I have profound disagreements with Eliot about whether one can actually maintain a high-value customer support environment if one doesn't own and have deep knowledge of the technical assets for which one is providing support) -- I argue with the removal of the OpenSRS brand for those of us for whom the Tucows brand is a distraction or impediment.
