Let me take this opportunity to say that, for those of us who wish only to
provide registration services, the further departure from the OpenSRS
brand is disconcerting. Most people still think "Tucows == Windows
software download site"; a small handful of others see the name and think
of it as an ISP full-service outsourcer. Neither of these are good news
for us -- dealing with a company that presented itself as only a registrar
was a good thing.
The discussion forums span the entire Tucows platform, and not all discussions are OpenSRS-related. Hence the "discuss.tucows.com" email addresses.
You'll probably find that the new approach to the mailing lists -- calling them "domains-gen" and "domains-dev" -- better for your needs. By making the discussions clearly service-specific, you can subscribe to only those that concern services in which you are interested.
