Joel, Have you approved the purchase by following the instructions that were emailed to the admin contact email address. The service is not enabled until the those steps are followed (it includes a URL and information to approve the purchase). We provide 10 days to respond to that message before canceling the order and returning the funds on hold to the Service Provider's account.
If you have done that, please send us the domain name off-list and we will look into it.
