Why didn't you publicize this problem after you fixed it? Noticed sort of like that. The domain wasn't in the profile when it was about to get renewed ... The domain was redeemd about a year ago. That means that it was "open" for a year without us or the registrant knowing about this. And that's the case for all other domains which were redeemed before you changed the process and the owner didn't have to log in again.
