Looking at Consant contacts website they offer a bulk upload of email-list.cvs this makes it awful easy for spammers since they dont require people to opt-in and opt-confirm. Cam Spam act should not be the bench mark it was created by a corrupt political process. ISP's and Network administers should blacklist any websites not using a double opt mailing list policy. Tucows could grow again if it listens to the early adoptors. Right now Tucows is not price competitive that is responsible for the slower growth.
