Japan Registry (http://www.japanregistry.com/) is the domain name
registration branch of our partner, Solis (http://www.solis.jp/) and
offers service in both English and Japanese.
I am also interested in pre-registering several .eu domain names.
We aren't offering pre-registration for .eu names, and I myself don't
know enough about other registrar's pre-reg services to comment
intelligently on them.
We *will* be making some announcements as the sunrise period for the .eu
TLD draws closer.
