Kai, We have raised this issue with the registry and they have not yet made any changes to their system to support the renewal of locked .INFO domains (without unlocking them manually prior to renewal).
That being said, we are currently building a work-around in OpenSRS that will unlock the .INFO domain, renew it and then relock it when complete. You can expect to see this feature released to the channel later this summer.
