Thanks for getting the source version updated. It's working like a champ 
here now.  Next step is to get Zend working . . .

However, the update pointed out a flaw in the way this is packaged. The 
point of CCS over the old system was to make updates easier. However, Tucows 
has packaged the code and default templates in the same archive. 

As I've read the docs so far, installing is simply unpacking into the web 
directory, and the given methods of modification are to edit the included 
template.  Of course, this means if you update or refresh by unpacking a 
distro into an existing, customized site -- your customized templates are 
replaced with the default versions.

I would think that either 1) two packages need to be made, the code and the 
templates, or 2) a method of selecting alternate templates as the 'active' 
one, so that the distributed files aren't actually edited.
