If the registrant wants to sell, quite good (and it looks like they just have it to drive traffic so a reasonable offer worth more than the traffic may work....), otherwise save your money. How did they make the enquiry, attempt to contact the owner? We have a desirable domain name and get several queries a month, we tend to ignore them. Much more likely to get such enquiries taken seriously by post, or telephone, then email.
