Benno, Thank you for bringing that message error to our attention. It has been corrected.
The ICANN transfer policy states that the registrar name should appear in the Form of Authorization (FOA) and also that this FOA should not be changed from the template that they have provided. ICANN has formed a Task Force to review the transfer policy and they recognize our concerns regarding this feature. We'll be sure to keep you posted on any changes as they are made to the policy. The fourth sentence states: Tucowsheeft een aanvraag ontvangen op... ------^ There should be a space between 'Tucows' and 'heeft'. Also one other thing I would like to comment on. There's no mention of us as provider in this message. I think this is a little weird because now our customer doesn't now this message is coming from us. Will you add something to this message so end-users can recognize this message as if it is coming from us/their provider. Or maybe the possibility to put some custom text to the message template. Thank you. -- With kind regards, Benno Goedhart Internet Unie Services B.V. _______________________________________________ domains-gen mailing list [email protected] http://discuss.tucows.com/mailman/listinfo/domains-gen _______________________________________________ domains-gen mailing list [email protected] http://discuss.tucows.com/mailman/listinfo/domains-gen
