Kai, It is not necessary to provide all the contact details for a transfer of an INFO domain (or any EPP domain, for that matter).
If the contact information is to remain the same, all that the reseller must do in the RWI is select "NO" for "Are contact changes required" and then provide ONLY the following information for the Admin Contact: First Name Last Name Email address Regarding the Nameservers, the previous form did not contain any fields for this information and we received many calls asking how to change the nameservers on a transfer. Our answer was that it was a two-step process and that the nameservers could be changed once the transfer completed. That sometimes caused some problems when the resellers could not change this information in a timely manner. In response to that, we introduced this field that allows resellers to enter new nameserver information that would be effective upon the completion of the transfer. If the nameservers do not need to change, resellers should leave the field blank and it will pull the current nameservers as part of the transfer process.
